Claude Sintz, Inc. has the capability of producing a wide range of cold headed parts on our CNC automatic header and automatic shear heading machines. CSI experience and extensive expertise in heading give us the capability to perform various types of extrusions such as collars, bunions and double ended extrusions. Parts that are longer than can be produced on conventional automatic headers are suited to be made in our rod headers.
